November pages...

I've been so busy lately with the holidays that I totally forgot to share these!

I made them with the November kit, which was fabulous for our fall/thanksgiving pictures! I can't wait to play with my December kit~ I have it in my hot little hands. I'll post pics on it soon, very soon!

Need a last minute gift?

Well check out this little card set I whipped up with my November Masters Kit...
Everything was from the November kit except for one sheet of Hambly that I used to cut out the teal frames.
I cut out the flower design from the Basic Grey paper in the kit, added the frames and did some sewing on my sewing machine. Then I made a band to keep them all together by just sewing a zig zag stitch down the middle of a strip of stripped Basic Grey paper, folded it overthe cards to get the size right then adheared a cut out frame to the center. Then to cap it off, I used one of the chipboard letters from the kit and painted it gold with a gold paint pen. This little set was so quick and easy and it turned out so perfect!

So if you are searching for last minute gifts, try digging into your masters kits!

holiday distracted.

I'll admit, the holidays have me distracted...but I've scrapped...really I have! I've got a new sewing machine. Can you tell? I've been sewing on everything! I'm the worst sewer though. Good thing I like the messy look! LOL!

I'll see what else I can whip up with the November kit. Oh how I love it!

Winter Heat

Well since we are in South Louisiana, winter heat is nothing new to us! Now we have the perfect kit for our warm weather winters! Introducing "Winter Heat", the November kit. This kit is full of wonderful papers by Basic Grey and Black Market papers and complete with a bottle of distress crackle paint to boot! Plus some great extras like chipboard letters and Rouge de Garance brads! I'm drooling just looking at those colors!

Oh how I'm enjoying this "Spice Cake" kit! Here are my latest creations!
This one has a flip up panel that has hidden pictures and journaling.

And yet another two pager! You know I'm not a two pager...and I've made 2 two pagers with this kit!

MMMMmmmmm...Spicey!

Boy did I enjoy that "spicey" kit! And I'm not even close to being finished! Here is what I have so far...

This one has hidden journaling. I used the BoBunny stamp to make the lines for the journaling.
And *gasp* ...a double pager! Here I used the stamp as a guide to do some hand stitching. I LOVE how it turned out!
